How can I order?

You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, login, and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive an order summary in your email. Order summary will also be stored in your account.

You can also easily make reorders afterward by clicking the “reorder” button on any of your previously made orders. After clicking the “reorder” button the cart will open and you can change quantities or products.

Do I have to order online?

Online ordering is preferred in most cases because by ordering online, you will save time, you will have an easier payment process and all the information about the order will be accessible for you anytime. Also if you want to make the same order later, you can use the “reorder” feature.

Why should I buy online?

Speeding up the process. By ordering online you will get prices faster and you will be able to go through the order confirmation and payment process much faster. This could save days of your time.

Traceability: You will have easy access to all of your previous orders any time you want.

Reordering: you can make a re-order anytime based on your previous orders by only a couple of clicks. This will save time and effort as you don’t need to go through all the documents and emails from the past.

What information should I input when ordering?

Our online ordering system will ask for all the important information you should submit.

My password doesn’t work.

If you are not able to log into your Shopbuh.com account, please check the following:
1. Ensure you are entering your email address and password under the ‘Returning Customer’ section of the login screen.
2. The password field is case sensitive, so please check that your Caps Lock key is off.
3. To ensure you have the right password, enter your email address, click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link and your password will be sent to you. If you are unable to log in after trying the above steps, please contact us at +234 810 814 5016 and any of our customer representatives will be happy to assist you.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you want to cancel or change your order, please do so as soon as possible. If we have already processed your order, you need to contact us and return the product. Please contact help@shopbuh.com

Can I ship to Ghana/International addresses? Do you accept foreign credit cards?

At this time, we are unable to ship to international shipping addresses and P.O Boxes. The package may only be shipped to a non-PO Box or Nigeria shipping address. We accept all major credit cards and methods of payment; however, authorization is based upon the individual financial institution. Our billing information page is set up to reflect address formats within Nigeria. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you’ll have to ensure the delivery address is within Nigeria.

The address I typed is correct, but the website is not accepting it. (Checkout > Billing & Shipping page)

In an effort to ensure that your gift(s) are delivered in a timely manner and to an accurate shipping address, Shopbuh verifies both billing and shipping addresses via the Postal Service address database. Our website is designed to provide you with a corrected address when necessary.

Why has my credit card been declined?

Please ensure that your card details and personal information have been entered correctly. Below are some of the most common reasons for why your credit card was declined:

– You did not honor your credit card issuing bank;
– The funds in your card are not sufficient to complete your purchase;
– The card has expired or the new card has not been activated yet;
– System section time-out;
– Your card has been reported stolen or is lost;

We do not have access to your credit card information, and thus we suggest you complete the transaction with another credit card or payment method if the problem persists.

How can I retrieve my password?

You can retrieve your password by clicking “forgot password?”. Instruction on password retrieval will be sent to your email.

How do I change my personal details or email address?

You can easily change all your information on your account. Login to your Shopbuh account, then click “my account” and “edit”. Here you can change all your contact information.

Why am I being charged shipping for each product?

Shopbuh works with multiple brands at various distribution centers to find the perfect gift for you and your recipient; these brands will individually receive your orders and ship your items separately.

How can I change delivery address?

You can easily change your shipping address on your account. You just need to login and click “my account” and “edit”. You can also change the shipping address during the checkout process. Just click “edit” below “shipping address”.

What happens if I receive a damaged, wrong or lost product?

We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. Any product that falls under the below categories should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo of the affected product and your D.O (Delivery Order) to us at help@shopbuh.com.

We regret to inform you that no refunds will be given for orders that fall under the below categories.

1. In the event of a damaged product received, we will require photo proof of the affected product and your D.O (Delivery Order) in order for us to investigate and review before a decision is made to re-send the product to you at no cost, subject to availability. In light of this, any product that falls into this category should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo to us at help@shopbuh.com

2. In the event of lost mail, we will try to locate the delivery team and if there’s a clear indication that your order is indeed lost, we’ll re-send the order to you at no cost, subject to availability.

Can my order be delivered the same day I order?

Yes, it can. However, this depends on the product ordered and the location for delivery. You can identify such products at checkout.

Can I use a debit card?

Yes, we accept debit cards as a form of payment. However, please note that we authorize credit cards and debit cards at the point of sale but we do not charge your card for an order until the order has shipped. This can be mistaken for double billing. Each financial institution is different; therefore please refer to the issuing bank of your debit card for their specific authorization processes.

My promotion code/gift certificate doesn’t work/I’m not getting my discount.

Only one promotion code can be used per order. To redeem a promotion code, please enter it in the ‘Promotion or Source Code’ field found on your Shopping Can page or in the ‘Promotion Code’ field found on the Billing page of checkout. To redeem a gift code on an order, please enter the gift code number on the Billing page of the checkout process. Shopbuh codes do not expire and only one certificate may be used at a time. What should I do if the payment is not accepted?

Please try again in a little while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance. If everything is as it should, but you still can’t make the payment, please contact help@shopbuh.com notify us about the problem. We can manage the order manually.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges are dependent on the shipment requirements. If the products on your order are due to special requirements, an extra fee will be added to the shipment charges. You can see the shipping fees on the checkout process before the payment is made.

How long will delivery take after I make payment?

Standard delivery time is 7 days however, this may vary by location and even product. We make every attempt to deliver your products to you as quickly as possible. Factors including where your product is shipping from, its availability, and the type of personalization (if applicable) will influence your delivery date.  Delivery time for products is usually indicated on the product detail page.

Can I track my order?

Yes, by using the “TRACK ORDER” navigation menu at the top right corner of the website. To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box provided and press the “Track” button. Order ID was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Does the packing slip include pricing information?

We do not include pricing information on our packing slip.
